In view of the challenge raised in the Petition confines to the interim order dated 30th January, 2019 passed by Respondent No.2, instead of deciding the merit of the interim order, it would be convent to direct Respondent No.2 to decide the Revisions in time bound manner.

Accordingly, the parties are directed to appear before Respondent No.2 on 7th May, 2019. Respondent No.2 is directed to hear the parties on 7th May, 2019 or any other convenient date and decide the Revisions, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within four weeks from the date of appearance

The Petition is disposed of in above terms.

It is expressly made clear that this Court has not considered the merits of the case. All the contentions raised by the parties are kept upon to be raised before Respondent No.2.

It is also made clear that as parties are before the Court, have taken notice of date of appearance fixed before Respondent No.2, no fresh notice of hearing needs to be given to them.
