In the present matter, on 16.02.2018 the learned Counsel for respondent nos.1 & 2 filed a pursis contending therein that, the appellant Balbhim Eknath More died on 26.05.2016. Along with the pursis, the death certificate is also annexed. The copy of the application was served on the Counsel, who was appearing for the deceased - appellant. In view of the above, the appeal stands abated.
