Heard learned Advocate for the applicants. Read the contents of civil application. Perused the affidavit filed in support of the contentions agitated in civil application. The applicants have mainly contended that name of respondent no.5 as stated in para no.2 of civil application is necessary to be corrected and notice to respondent no.5 namely Indumati Salunke needs to be issued. According to the applicants, surname of respondent no.5 is incorrectly typed as Yadav but the actual surname of respondent no.5 is Salunke. Thus, I find no difficult to allow the civil application and to pass following order.

ORDER

The civil application is allowed.

The name of respondent no.5 Indumati Yadav be corrected as Indumati Salunke in the title clause of the second appeal.

After making necessary correction in the title clause of the second appeal, notice be issued to respondent no.5 on payment of requisite P.F.

Civil application stands disposed of.
