Heard learned Advocate for the applicants. Perused record and proceedings. The present civil application is filed by the applicants praying to permit the applicants to delete the name of respondent no.18 on the ground that respondent no.18 is no more and respondent no.24 namely Gulab Gobra Chavan is his L.R. The respondent no.24 is on record in individual capacity. Now the applicants want to add him as L.R. of deceased respondent no.18 and to serve him in individual capacity as well as in the capacity of L.R. of deceased respondent no.18. There is no contest to this application.

Taking into consideration the contentions of the applicant and the respondent no.24 is already on record, therefore, respondent no.24 Gulab Gobra cast5032.15

Chavan needs to be permitted to treat as L.R. of deceased no. 18 and he is to be served with the notice. In conclusion, I proceed to pass following order.

ORDER

The civil application is allowed.

The applicants are permitted to delete the name of respondent no.18 by treating respondent no.24 Gulab Gobra Chavan as legal heirs of deceased respondent no.18 who is already on record in individual capacity and he is to be served as L.R. Of deceased respondent no.18, on payment of necessary P.F.

Civil application stands disposed of.
