Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the petition, since this Court expressed disinclination, as the record indicates that the possession of the land of the petitioner has been taken in November, 1994; whereas, the notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 was published in the month of March, 1994.

In view of the above, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
