Mr. Girase, learned Govt. Pleader submits that the Committee is constituted to take up the grievances as raised by the petitioners in the present Writ Petition as per clause 17 of the Government Resolution dated 12.3.2013. The said Committee is constituted under the Revenue Department.

In light of that, we dispose of the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the said Committee. 4.

All contentions of respective parties kept open. 5.

Interim order passed by this Court on 25.2.2016 shall

continue for a period of fifteen (15) days from today. Needless to state the said interim order will come to an end after lapse of fifteen

(15) days.

The parties are at liberty to file such applications commensurate to the relief claimed.
