The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is working as hostel superintendent. The petitioner possesses qualification of H.S.C. The petitioner is entitled for the pay scale of a trained hostel superintendent as per the Government Resolution dated 05.02.2011. The learned counsel submits that, the proposal is submitted by the respondent with the respondent No. 3 for grant of pay scale of a trained hostel superintendent to the petitioner. The respondent No. 3 has not taken any decision on it as yet.

The learned A. G. P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that, in case said proposal is pending with the

2 wp 2352.17 authority, the authority would decide the same on its own merits. 3.

In the light of the above, in case the proposal submitted by the respondent No. 4 is pending with the respondent No. 3 with regard to grant of pay scale of trained hostel superintendent to the petitioner, then the respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
