Heard learned Advocates for the petitioners for some time. 02.
Common affidavit-in-reply filed by the learned AGP is taken on record. At the outset, learned AGP raises preliminary objection as regards maintainability of these petitions in view of alternative remedy under sections 152 and 154 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act.

Learned Sr. Advocate Mr. Hon and learned Advocate Mr.Kale, for the respective petitioners, on instructions, seek leave to withdraw these Writ Petitions with liberty to approach the concerned Authority, by filing appropriate proceeding. It is informed that till now no action is taken on the basis of the impugned orders and request is made that the
( 3 ) petitioners be protected till they approach the appropriate authority. 04.
Considering the above, leave is granted to withdraw the Writ Petitions.

These Writ Petitions stand disposed off as withdrawn. The petitioners are at liberty approach the proper forum. So far as limitation is concerned, time spent in prosecuting these petitions be excluded while calculating the period of limitation.
06.
No coercive action be taken till stay application is decided by the appropriate authority, if any. The stay application be decided on its own merit. The petitioners to approach the alternative forum within four weeks from today.
07.
