We have heared Mr. Bachate, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner is assailing the order passed by the competent authority cum Commissioner for Persons with Disability, Maharashtra State, Pune, thereby the cancelling the registration certificate of the school for physically handicapped namely Late Maasaheb Meenatai Thakare Residential School.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the petitioner has remedy of appeal.

In view of that, we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs. 5.

For a period of 15 days from today, the impugned order shall not be acted upon so as to enable the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. The petitioners may seek further orders from the authority where the appeal would be filed.

Needless to state, on lapse of 15 days, interim protection granted by this Court will come to an end.
