PER COURT :- The petitioner claims to belong to Thakur, ST category and is in receipt of the caste certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed proforma. The caste validation proposal of the petitioner is pending consideration before the scrutiny committee and it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 scrutiny committee that, the hearing in the matter is prescribed on 23.9.2015. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions states that, petitioner would cooperate for early disposal of the validation claim. The petitioner shall cause appearance before the committee on 23.9.2015. Counsel appearing for the scrutiny committee further states on instructions that, the validation claim of the petitioner would be finally decided within two months from today. The statement made is accepted and it is directed to the scrutiny committee to take decision in the matter as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from today.

{2} wp 1971.15.odt It is pointed out by the petitioner that although in the observance of the order passed by this Court, the result of the petitioner is declared, however, she has not been permitted to join next year course. Respondent No.3 is directed to permit the petitioner to prosecute further studies subject to decision in respect of validation claim pending before the scrutiny committee.
