Learned counsel Ingole submits that the applicant has filed application under Section 167(2) of the Cr.P.C. for default bail after filing of charge-sheet. He submits that such an application is not maintainable. In view of this application is not maintainable. Application is, therefore, disposed of as being not maintainable. 2.

Fees of the appointed counsel is quantified @ Rs.5,000/- and it is to be paid through the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad.
