2] Petitioner filed rejoinder, same has taken on record. 3] The respondents have long back paid the difference in pay to the petitioner pursuant to the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.351 of 2004. The petitioner is contending that the calculation of arrears is incorrectly made. We are not inclined to go into the question of correctness of the calculation. For said purpose, the petitioner is given liberty to file fresh petition or such other proceeding that may be maintainable. 4] With above observation, Contempt Petition is disposed of. [A.M.
