Mr.Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is Advocates Multi purpose Co-operative Society Ltd. It had applied for issuance of license of
2 W.P.No.2336/17 stamp vendor. The same is not considered.

According to Mr.Karlekar, learned A.G.P., the Respondents have taken a policy decision to phase out payment by physical stamp and as such further policy decision is taken not to grant license to stamp vendors.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner has been given permission of stamp vendor at Mumbai High Court premises and at Dindoshi City Civil Court.

It is submitted that the license granted to the petitioner of stamp vendor at Mumbai is a temporary one.

In view of that, the Respondents may consider the case of the petitioner for license of vending stamps at the Court premises at Aurangabad, Hingoli, Nanded, Parbhani, Dhule and Buldhana, may be on the same lines as the one given to vend stamps at Mumbai Court premises. Of-course, the decision would be taken by the
3 W.P.No.2336/17 Respondents after considering all the relevant aspects of the matter. The decision shall be taken expeditiously, preferably within three (3) months.

The statement is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that at all these places for which the prayer is made to allow the petitioner to vend stamps, the petitioner has the space in the Court premises.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
