Perused the findings recorded by the

cra863.15 trial Court. Prima facie it appears that the findings are in consonance with the evidence brought on record by the prosecution. At this stage, we do not wish to elaborate any further on the evidence, as appeal filed by the Applicant/Appellant is pending. Suffice it to say that prima facie it appears that the findings are not perverse.

In that view of the matter, Criminal Application stands rejected.
