By way of this petition, the petitioners assail the order dated 02.02.2023 passed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Nanded on application below Exhibit 5 in Regular Civil Appeal No.114 of 2022. 3.

Learned Counsel appearing for both sides submit that the Regular Civil Appeal No.114 of 2022 is now pending before the Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Nanded, and further submit that if this Court directs the learned Appellate Court to decide the appeal within a stipulated period, the purpose of the petition would be served.

In view thereof, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-2, Nanded, to decide Regular Civil Appeal No.114 of 2022 on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) months from today.
