ORDER

IN CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 4847 of 2024 (L. Rs) 1.

Heard rival submissions.

The applicant is seeking permission to bring himself on record in the appeal being the legal representatives of sole appellant Subhadrabai W/o Gangaram Waghmare, who admittedly died on 11.06.2021, by condoning the delay of 624 days.

Though the application is opposed, but considering the statutory right of the applicant, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause-B and C subject to cost of Rs. 1000/-

(2) 41-CA-4847-2024.odt (Rupees One thousand only) to be paid to the Registry of the High Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary. 4.

It is made clear that the applicant/appellant shall not claim any interest and statutory benefits for the aforesaid period of delay.

The applicant/appellant is directed to carry out the amendment within stipulated period.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
