These are suo moto contempt petitions initiated by this Court as the contemnor- Education Officer did not refer to the Bhagyawant Punde
{2} 39-SMC-3-2025 communication dated 10.07.2024, which she was directed to take into consideration by order dated 14.08.2024, passed in Writ Petition No. 8633 of 2024 and 8634 of 2024 while taking afresh decision. Therefore, this Court took cognizance and issued notice to the Education Officer in the prescribed format under the Rules framed by this Court under Contempt of Courts Act.

The contemnor has filed affidavit tendering unconditional apology and stating that she has complied with the order. 3.
The contemnor is reprimanded for her approach in ignoring the directions issued by this Court while passing the orders. She is cautioned to follow the directions issued by this Court in letter and spirit and not to repeat such mistake in future. 4.
