The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year-2015. The petitioner requires validity certificate for further studies.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondents no. 1 and 2.

In case, validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance

2 wp 4881.2021 with law, preferably within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 05.04.2021.

Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
