25th September, 2017 PER COURT :- 1) Mr.Karad, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited our attention to the Judgment and Decree passed by the learned 6th Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Aurangabad, in Special Civil Suit No.169 of 2005 and in Special Civil Suit No.319/2005 filed by the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., against the petitioner and filed by the petitioner against the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., respectively, dismissing both the Suits and would submit that in view of this Judgment and Decree dated 4th September, 2017, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. 2) Copy of the Judgment dated 4th September, 2017 is taken on record. Statement made by the learned counsel is accepted.
