The petitioner who was elected on a reserved category post is aggrieved by the fact that the scrutiny committee is not deciding his claim expeditiously.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's case has been sent for vigilance verification and the commtitee would decide the claim within six months. 4.
