By this petition, the petitioners challenge order dated 27/10/2025, passed by the District Judge-1, Basmat, in Misc. Civil Appeal No.23/2014, thereby allowing Exhibit-5 in R.C.S. No.56/2014. 2.

Learned advocate for petitioners submits that the suit has been withdrawn on 23/04/2018. Order dated 23/04/2018 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Aundha, is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Hence, in view of withdrawal of the suit itself, nothing survives in the adjudication of present petition. 3.
