In view of the conditional order passed by this Court on 21st November, 2014, the petition came to be dismissed as against Respondent Nos.4, 5 and 8, for not taking steps to serve the said Respondents.

It is noted that Respondent No.8 has refused to accept the service. In view thereof, the service of the said Respondent is complete. So far as Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are concerned, the order of dismissal of petition against said Respondents is recalled by condoning the delay in view of the reasons stated in the application. The Petitioner to take steps afresh for serving Respondent Nos.4 and 5, if required, by Registered Post A.D. in addition to Court process.

As such, the dismissal of the petition as against the unserved Respondents is recalled.
