In Civil Application No. 1943/2024, issue fresh notice to respondent Nos. 23-A and 25 on the addressed mentioned in civil application, returnable on 26.3.2024.

Both the civil applications are disposed of.

Returnable date is extended for respondent No. 22-D. 5.

Mr. N.C. Garud, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 5 is dead and her legal heirs are already on record and he has filed pursis to that effect.

Necessary amendment be carried out in terms of the said pursis within two weeks.

7.
