PER COURT:- 1.

The petitioner is only assailing the order of the Education Officer directing the senior most teacher to submit the salary bills.

It appears that for more than one year salary is not paid to the teaching and non-teaching staff of the petitioner-school. Considering the equity in favour of the employees who have not received salary for more than one year, we would not like to interfere in the present matter at this stage.

The petitioner may agitate the grievance about the regular Head Mistress before the Education Officer. The Education Officer shall consider the grievance of the petitioner on its own

Writ Petition accordingly disposed of. No costs.
