Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner possesses qualification of B.P.Ed., as such, is eligible for pay-scale of trainer primary teacher. The respondents have not made payment as per the said scale to the petitioner. The learned Counsel submits that even an application is given to respondent Nos.2 to 4 on 19.082016, however, the same is not yet decided. 2.

Considering the fact that the application filed by the petitioner seeking pay-scale of a trained primary teacher is pending for consideration with the Education Officer, we are not inclined to consider the matter on merits.

(2) WP No.2350/2017 3.

The respondent-Education Officer shall decide the application filed by the petitioner (Page 41, Exhibit 'H') with regard to grant of trained teacher pay-scale on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within three (03) months from today.
