Mr.Choudhari, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has filed an application (Exh.B) for returning the land acquired from the father of the petitioner for the purpose of rehabilitation on the ground that the purpose for which it was acquired in 1978, is not fructified and the said land is not used for the said purpose.

Learned A.G.P. states that in case the said application is pending then the authority will take decision on it in accordance with law and policy.

In light of that, we pass the following order : a) The Respondent No.2 shall take decision on the application (Exh.B) filed by the petitioner if not already taken on its own merits in accordance with law and policy expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months.
