The present applicant, who is arrested by Jawaharnagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad in Crime no.I-187 of 2014 for the offences punishable under section 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 107, 109, 114, 120(B) r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code

2 Cri. Appln. 872-2015 and under section 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act and under section 4,5,6 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, is praying for his release on bail.

His earlier application bearing Criminal Application no. 5206 of 2014 was allowed to be withdrawn by this Court on 10th November, 2014 as at that time, chargesheet was yet to be filed and the applicant wanted that after filing of the chargesheet, he would move the Sessions Court. Now as next of the application of the applicant is dismissed by the Sessions Court, the present application is filed.

The allegations would show that the Company which was indulging in money circulation scheme has duped various investors to the tune of Rs.8 Crore to Rs.9 Crore. So far as the present applicant is concerned, according to the prosecution, he was the

Upon hearing both the sides, it is gathered that except being the Accountant of the Company, there was no other involvement of the present applicant in the affairs of the Company. The chargesheet is now filed. The investigation is complete.

Hence, the following order:- I) The Application is allowed.

II) The applicant be released on bail in Crime no.I-187 of 2014 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, Dist. Aurangabad for the offences punishable under section 420, 406, 465, 467, 468, 471, 107, 109, 114, 120(B) r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3 and 4 of the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act and under section 4,5,6 of Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978, upon his executing P.R. bond in

4 Cri. Appln. 872-2015 the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) and also upon furnishing surety in the like amount. 7.

Application accordingly stands disposed of.
