So far as respondent No.1/1 Kamalakar Rangnath Ashtekar is dead, however all the legal heirs are already on record i.e. respondent Nos.1/2 to 1/10 and no steps are necessary. Hence, respondent Nos. 1/2 to 1/10 be treated as legal heirs of respondent No.1.
