Heard Mr. Gaikwad, learned Counsel for the Petitioners.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Voters List finalized by the Respondent is illegal. Out of 765 members name of 438 members are in the final Voters List. Total 580 members are eligible, only 185 members are defaulters, the Voters List be set aside.

Mr. Kadam, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that Election Programme is already declared. The filing of Nomination Form is underway.

As the Election Programme has already been declared and the filing of nomination paper is underway, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition at this stage. Moreover, the Petitioner has not raised the objection to the Voters List also.

In light of that, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
