According to the petitioners since August 2013 the applications of the petitioners for seeking tribe certificate of Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe is pending with the Sub-Divisional Officer. Same is not yet decided.

In case the application filed by the petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate is pending with respondent no.2, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months from today.
