ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicants are seeking withdrawal of compensation amount of Rs. 3,27,028/- alongwith accrued interest thereon till date, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body. The learned Counsel for the applicants placed reliance on the order dated 12.12.2019 passed by this Court in other similar matter whereby the applicants therein were permitted to withdraw 75% amount. As such, similar order will follow. 2.

The applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 75% of the compensation amount of Rs.3,27,028/- alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date by furnishing solvent surety / security to the satisfaction of the Reference Court.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
