This petition takes exception to communication dated 21.10.2003 addressed to the Superintendent, Salary Pay Team (Primary), Nanded, directing him not to disburse salary to the teachers of certain schools in Nanded District. The petitioners are working in one such school, who were affected because of this direction. At interim stage, this Court passed necessary order to nullify the effect of the letter dated 31.10.2003 and thereby protected the petitioners. Since then

wp4332.04 the petitioners are getting salary. The cause of action thus has been ventilated long back. The petition stands disposed of.
