The petitioners' proposal has been pending with the scrutiny committee for validation of the tribe certificates since the year 2009. They are in urgent need of decision to undergo Competitive Pre-examination Training Implementation and Monitoring Portal. 3.

It is being pointed out that the petitioners' cousin has been granted validity. The petitioners are ready to adopt the reply given by them to the vigilance enquiry report and the committee may be directed to consider it. 4.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the committee would need four months to decide the claims.

Considering the exigency and the aforementioned facts including the 1/2

916 WP 2232 OF 2025.odt fact that there are few validities in the blood relation, some of which have been granted pursuant to the order of this Court, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to appear before the committee on 17.02.2025 and make an application for adopting the reply filed by the cousin. The committee shall consider their applications on their own merits and shall decide the proposals, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case on or before 07.03.2025.
