1] The petitions would be entertained only in respect of the petitioners, officiating within the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

2] It appears that the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and the representations given, appear to be in variance.

2528.22WP 3] Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that no orders are passed against the petitioners withdrawing the benefit of one steps pay scale. 4] In that event, the petitioners may give fresh representations preferably within 15 days from today. In case, the representations are made with regard to the grievance of the petitioners for one step pay scale, the same shall be decided by respondent no.3, on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within four months from the date of representations.

5] Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
