Learned Advocate for the petitioner makes a statement, on instructions from his client, who is present in the Court, that the petitioner has sold his property to pay the bank dues. However, he is to receive the amount by 9th May 2025. It is prayed that stay be extended by extending time.

Time to deposit the amount as per order dated 20th February 2025 is extended till 9th May 2025.

Interim relief to continue till 9th May 2025.
