DATED : 27th March, 2015 PER COURT :- 1] Heard Shri K.C.Sant, learned counsel for the applicant.

2] This is an application for regular bail. By the present application, the applicant is seeking his enlargement on bail in connection with Crime No.1 of 2011, registered at Zillha Peth Police Station, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 406,408, 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 471(A), 477, 201, 120(B) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 73(i) (AB) of the M.C.S. Act. 3] I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State.

4] Investigation is over and chargesheet is already filed. 5] This court (Coram : T.V.Nalawade, J.) on 3.3.2015 directed the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to ascertain the exact loss caused to the institution by the conduct of the present applicant.

6] Today, upon instructions from the investigating officer, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that

crap873.15 due to the conduct of the present applicant individually, there is no financial loss caused to the institution and further there is no role of the present applicant. Hence following order.

O R D E R

(i) Criminal Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant shall be released on bail on he executing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

(iii) Applicant shall attend police station Zillah Peth, District Jalgaon on every Sunday in between 3.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

(iv) Criminal Application is disposed of.
