1) Heard. Earlier, the compromise terms, arrived at between petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 and Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, have been recorded. Based on the said compromise terms, an order has been passed on 23rd December, 2014, disposing of the writ petition so far as petitioner Nos.1, 2 and 4 are concerned.

2) So far as petitioner No.3 is concerned, today the memorandum of compromise dated 8th September, 2015, is tendered and the same is taken on record. The memorandum of compromise is signed by

petitioner No.3 and representative of Respondent Nos.2 and 3. The respective counsel appearing for the parties have also put signatures on the memorandum of compromise in token of identification of respective parties they represent. The parties to the compromise are also present in the Court. 3) In view of the terms of compromise arrived at between petitioner No.3 and Respondent Nos.2 and 3, marked "X" for identification, and on consideration of the order dated 23rd December, 2014 passed earlier, the instant writ petition stands disposed of in accordance with those terms (marked "X").
