The learned counsel appearing for National Highway Authority has placed on record a Photostat copy of the Minutes of the Meeting held on 21.03.2018, under the Chairmanship of the District Collector, Hingoli. It is resolved in the meeting that the Bypass proposal as an alternative to the National Highway passing through Waranga Phata be finalized along with four Laning of existing road within existing ROW upto the junction of the NH-361. It is further recorded that, NH-361 is already four lane beyond the jurisdiction. The proposed realignment shown in the map is proposed to be dropped. 2 Sr956PIL29.2018 further states, on instructions, that the proposal is at the stage of implementation and necessary procedural formalities are being carried out.

In view of the decision taken by the respondent - authority, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner graciously informs that, out of the total amount of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh) deposited in this Court, a sum of Rs.25,000/- be directed to be transferred to the account of High Court Bar Association's Library, Aurangabad.

Considering the suggestion of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the office is directed to transmit the amount of Rs. 25,000/- to the account of High Court Bar Association's Library, Aurangabad, and balance amount of Rs.75,000/- shall be refunded to the petitioner.
