This Civil Application is filed for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased respondent nos. 1 and 2.

As far as bringing on record the legal heirs of respondent No. 2 is concerned the same was allowed in terms of order dated 21.03.2022.

Today the learned Advocate Mr. Madde, is appearing for the proposed legal heirs of respondent No. 1. He has opposed the application.

After going through the contents of the Civil Application, I am satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C" and is disposed of. Abatement stands set aside.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two (02) weeks from today.

Advocate Mr. Madde, states that he waives service of notice on behalf of legal heirs of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in the main matter.
