The petitioner submits that he has fled application for correction in the consolidation scheme in the year 2013 along-with application for condonation of delay. The same is not yet decided. 2.

Learned AGP accepts notice for all the respondents. 3.

In case, the application is fled by the petitioner alongwith application for condonation of delay then the authority shall decide the same on its own merits, after hearing the interested parties concerned. It shall consider the aspect of delay also, whether the delay is inordinate and pass order on its own merits as far as condonation of the delay is concerned.

The authority shall decide the application along-with application for condonation of delay after hearing the parties, preferably within nine months. All contentions are kept open.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
