s grievance is as regards the judgment of the learned Principal District Judge, Nanded, dated 01.12.2021, delivered in RCA No.64 of 2014 and the judgment delivered by the learned Single Judge of this Court on 21.09.2022, in Second Appeal No. 531 of 2022.

It is apparent that this Petition is not maintainable. Remedy to the Petitioner is to challenge the aforesaid judgment before the appropriate forum.
