Despite the order dated 20th September, 2025, granting time as a last chance, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks further time to argue the matter. It is worth noting that the suit filed by the petitioners was partly decreed, the appeal against it was dismissed, and the order below Exhibit 29 was merged into the final order. Therefore, this petition becomes infructuous. In view of the above, the prayer for the grant of further time is refused. As such, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. ( ABHAY J.
