Present Petition has been filed for following reliefs:- "(B) By issuing appropriate writ, order or direction in like of nature the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 (College and University) ma kindly be directed to issue internship completion certificate, Degree Certificate and all original necessary documents to the petitioner.

(C) The Respondent No.4 i.e. Scrutiny Committee, Kinwat having office at Aurangabad may kindly be directed to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner at the earliest or issue validity certificate in favour of petitioner."

In view of the order passed by this Court on 15th February 2024 that the medical college shall produce the internship certificate before this Court, now the learned AGP is producing an internship completion certificate dated 4th March 2024. 3.

Registrar (Judicial) to handover the original internship completion certificate to the petitioner.

It appears that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before respondent No.4. Since the validity certificate has not been produced, it appears that the certificate was not issued. Therefore, we direct that while receiving the original internship completion certificate, the petitioner should furnish an undertaking that she will not claim caste benefit thought the internship completion certificate is issued and also she should not claim any benefit in the further employment or for any other purpose until the decision is taken by respondent No.4. 5.

Learned AGP makes a statement that the tribe claim of the petitioner can be decided within two months. In view of the said statement, directions are given to respondent No.4 to decide the

tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today.

With the above directions the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
