Mr. Desale, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 placed on record the judgment and order dated 21.02.2022 passed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge, Junior Division, Dhule in R.C.S. No.346 of 2000 (Old Special Civil Suit No.47 of 1990). The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Thus, in light of the same, as the petition was arising out of an interlocutory order passed in the suit and the suit itself is disposed of, nothing survives in this writ petition.
