The present application has been filed for temporary bail in view of the fact that son of the present applicant is getting married on 26.2.2021.

Though learned APP is strongly opposing the application taking into consideration the role played by the present applicant and also the subsequent non-cognizable cases registered; yet taking into consideration the fact that son of the applicant is getting married and being father, he

(2) deserves temporary bail to attend the marriage and related ceremonies.

Perusal of the Marriage Invitation Card would show that the ceremonies would start from 24.2.2021 and the marriage would be performed on 26.2.2021. There is Reception on 27.2.2021 at 7.30 pm. Under such circumstance, temporary bail can be granted to the applicant from 24.2.2021 till 1.3.2021. Hence, following order, -

ORDER

The present application for grant of temporary bail is hereby allowed and disposed of on following conditions, - a) The applicant be released on PR of Rs.50,000/- and two solvent sureties of Rs.15,000/- each;

b) The applicant be released from 24.2.2021 around 12.00 pm till 5.00 pm of 1.3.2021;

c) The applicant shall attend Shiur Police Station once on 27.2.2021 and 1.3.2021 between 10.00 am to 11.00 am;

(3) d) On 26.2.2021, the applicant shall attend the police station at 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm.

e) The applicant shall attend the said police station twice on 25.2.2021 and 28.2.2021 on 10.00 am to 11.00 am and 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm;

f) The applicant shall give mobile numbers of two of his near relatives, who would be attending the marriage by stating his relationship with them to the police station.

g) The applicant should return back to the jail around 5.00 pm on 1.3.2021.

h) He shall not contact any witness during the above said period or in any way try to tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner, thereby taking disadvantage of the liberty granted to him.
