This application is filed for bringing on record the heirs of deceased Chindhu Tembhu Pandhare (Applicant No.1), who died on 20th July 2022 and Namdeo Tembhu Pandhare (Appellant No.2), who died on 8th February 2020. Their legal heirs are shown in paragraph Nos.2 and 3 of the application.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 110 and 296 days stands condoned. Application is allowed.
