DATED : FEBRUARY 13TH, 2015 PER COURT :- Perused interim order passed by this Court on 15th December, 2003. As per interim order, the parties were directed to bring on record the evidence to show as to whether the petitioner was cultivating the land in question? The reply of the State Government shows that the land in question was never under cultivation of the petitioner and is now given to the Forest Department for social forestry. In view of this, the petition deserves to be dismissed and it is accordingly dismissed. Rule is discharged.
