The application is filed for permission to publish notice of LPA no.48/2000 to respondent no.5 in newspaper like 'Daily Lokmat' in the Beed edition by submitting that the respondent no.5 is resident of that District.

In view of the record and the service of notice, the civil application is allowed and permission for paper publication is allowed. Hamdast allowed.

The charges of paper publication be deposited in the office of newspaper and proper compliance be made by filing copies of notice published and affidavit.

The office to take care and see that in the notice at least 30 days time is given to the respondent to appear in the Court. Matter be placed only after the notice is published and compliance is made and if it is not made prior to 16.04.2018, the appellant to take steps accordingly.
