The applicant prays for condonation of delay of (26) days in preferring this Civil Application seeking to set aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial), dated 22.1.2014, by which the registration of the Civil Application was refused on account of non-removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay stands condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within two weeks from today. Order of the Registrar (Judicial) stands set aside with a direction to the applicants to remove all office objections within a period of three weeks from the date of depositing the costs. 3.
