ORDER:

The appellant Sheshabai Kisanrao Shinde is 79 years of age. This is successive application for bail since by order dated 7th September, 2020, while disposing of her first bail application, this Court (Coram: R.G. Ghuge & B.U. Debadwar, JJ.) has granted liberty to circulate the appeal for final hearing and in the event the appeal is not decided by 15.06.2021, the appellant would be at liberty to review her request for bail. 2.

At present, we are taking up criminal appeals against convictions of the year 2014, where the accused are in jail, however, considering the old age of the appellant coupled with some health issues, we are inclined to take up this appeal for final hearing out of turn. 3.

In view of the same, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application seeking bail. Leave granted. The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn. 4.
